Tom, the technician text prior to arrival and called to verify the appointment. Upon arrival Tom got right to work and noticed that the compressor pressures were slightly low. Added freon and pulled the blower motor and cleaned the blower wheel as there was a small vibration. All interactions with Boykin and its employees have been punctual, and professional. I would recommend them to any potential customer. Great customer service.

Tecnician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Pointed out a problem we're having with airflow in our sunroom, and he did some troubleshooting and came up with a possible reason and a reasonable fix, that he will put into his trip report back to the main office.
